Network Below is a summary of the technology required for your system to properly receive and view the C.R. Ekern & Company webcast services. We offer both live and recorded webcasts. Please verify your system configuration prior to viewing the event. What technology do I need to participate in a C.R. Ekern & Company Webcast?
Are there any special settings for my web browser that I should be aware of? Yes. You must be using a Java-enabled web browser. Please see above for the specific supported software versions. For assistance with your system software, please contact your Information Technology administrators. How do I participate in a live Webcast? Once you have confirmed that your system is configured correctly, you can log into the webcast by visiting http://crekern.raindance.com. Please click on the "Attend a Private Event" link. Please fill in the requested information and follow the login instructions. The Event Name/Number is your conference ID, which C.R. Ekern & Company will provide to you in an invitation prior to the webcast. If you have not received your invitation to a live webcast, please call us at 888.670.1177 or email us at webcast@crekern.com. Please note that you cannot log into a live webcast more than approximately 15 minutes prior to its scheduled start time. If you attempt to do so, you will receive a message saying, "This event is currently unavailable." How do I view a recorded C.R. Ekern & Company Webcast? C.R. Ekern & Company will provide you with a link (or "ticket") to the recorded webcast. Once you have confirmed that your system is capable of viewing a webcast, simply click on the link and follow the login instructions. All archived webcasts can also be accessed through our Private Client webcast access pages. If you have not received your webcast link or have any questions, please call us at 888.670.1177 or email us at webcast@crekern.com. How do I test if my system is capable of viewing a Webcast? If your system meets the minimum system requirements shown above, you can verify that your system is capable of viewing a Webcast by clicking here to visit our System Test page.
