Continuing Education Credits are being requested for all three Summits. The number of C.E. credits for each Summit will depend on each state's regulations governing C.E. qualifying topics.
The Spring 2001 Consultative Brokerage Summits will not have a room block at any of the event locations. Please call the hotel for rates and availability if you need a room in connection with the summit. Mention you are attending the summit, as a room rate discount may apply.
$195.00 registration fee with completed registration form is required prior to the Summit. The registration fee less $25 is refundable if written cancellation is received at least 10 days before the event.
