Workshop Participation Terms & Conditions:
All materials presented by C.R. Ekern & Company ("CRE") including presentations and training materials, are copyrighted, and are the sole property of CRE. They may not be transferred, reproduced, or distributed without CRE’s written permission.
All workshop participants will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon arriving to the event, prior to the start of the event. This non-disclosure agreement applies to the unauthorized usage or distribution of CRE proprietary intellectual property.
CRE reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. Some reasons for decline may include conflict of interest, territorial conflict with previous contractual obligations, or defaulted payment.
All workshop participants are responsible for traveling expenses, including hotel rates, food and beverage charges, and transportation costs. Continental breakfast and snacks will be provided each day.
Any cancellation less than 1 week prior to or failure to attend the workshop will result in the collection of fees stated below:
C. R. Ekern & Company Registration Cancellation Policy: If an attendee cancels within 1 week prior the event
or fails to attend the workshop, a $250.00 charge will
be incurred. If a participant fails to show up to the event, a full refund, minus the $250.00 cancellation fee may be issued.
