Logistics:
Workshop
attendees should fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (airport code PHX) by
Sunday evening of the event and stay at the resort on Sunday and Monday nights. Attendees should consider flights out of Phoenix
after 6:30 PM on Tuesday to allow enough time to complete the program and
comfortably travel to the airport.
We have reserved a block of rooms at The Tempe Mission Palms Hotel for our conference attendees. To reserve your room, simply call The
Tempe Mission Palms Hotel toll free at 1-800-547-8705. Tell them you would like to book
a room with the C. R. Ekern & Company Special Event Rate to enjoy our discounted rates program.
The hotel offers
transportation for guests every 1/2 hour from 6:00AM - 11:00PM daily.
Courtesy phones are located in the baggage claim area. The base room rate will be $175.00 per
night, plus taxes and fees. The Tempe Mission Palms Hotel also charges a one-time "Hospitality"
fee of $10.95 fee per night. Please note: The Tempe Mission
Palms Hotel will
charge an attendee for one night's room and tax if they do not arrive on the
scheduled arrival date (Sunday) or if their reservation is cancelled less than
72 hours prior to arrival.
The workshop participant will be responsible for any food and beverage charges, however, the Tepe Mission Palms will provide Continental Breakfast and snacks throughout the day.
C. R. Ekern & Company Registration Cancellation Policy: If an attendee cancels within 1 week prior the event
or fails to attend the workshop, a $250.00 charge will
be incurred. If a participant fails to show up to the event, a full refund, minus the $250.00 cancellation fee may be issued.
